Kettlebell Flips : The Basics

If you are interested to go one step further into handling kettlebells, try kettlebell flipping or juggling. At this stage, you should be competent in knowing the kettlebell's trajectory path during the movement so that you can time the catch of the kettlebell without it falling onto your foot. 

The two main kettlebell exercises that you need to be proficient at are the kettlebell swings, cleans and snatches. The swing is THE foundational move for any type of flips due to the weight distribution of the ball & handle.
